User Agreement and Privacy Policy

1) Filling in the Quiz to get your Free Goals Report

By submitting the 'Free Goals Report' Quiz and/or using our website, you agree to the following:

a) to not hold SolutionBox™ liable for coaching or lack of coaching provided by a coach. Coach's are not agents nor employees of SolutionBox™, and we make no claim as to the coaching standard or qualifications of your referring coach.

b) to not hold your coach liable for results or lack of results arising from the coaching i.e. you are responsible for your own actions.

c) to not hold SolutionBox™ liable for any breach of confidentiality or privacy requirements on the part of your coach. (We require them to agree to hold your information confidential, but you agree that if they don't, SolutionBox™ has done it's part and the issue is between you and the coach).

d) to us disclosing your contact details and Goals Report to your referring coach, ONLY IF you have authorised us to do so by checking the box marked 'Free Burst of Cyber Coaching'.

e) to us disclosing your Name and Email address to your referring coach, ONLY IF you have subscribed to your referring coach's newsletter.

Note: If you do not subscribe to their newsletter, and do not check the box marked 'Free Burst of Cyber Coaching', your coach will not receive your contact details and will not be able to review your Goals Report.

f) you consent to our Privacy Policy as outlined below.

g) SolutionBox™ may modify this agreement from time to time by updating this web page, and you agree check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of this service indicates your agreement with any such modifications.

2) Registering as a Coach and Hosting a Quiz

By registering as a coach with us and/or using our website you agree to the following:

a) to provide free burst of cyber coaching or phone coaching if you have chosen to offer these services during registration, and to contact the customer within 48 business hours of receiving email notification.

b) where the customer has subscribed to your newsletter, to subscribe them within 48 business hours (as their memory is still fresh, otherwise they may think your newsletter is spam).

c) to only subscribe the customer to the newsletter or mailing list specifically requested (if any), and not to any other mailing lists.

d) to promptly remove the customer from any and all mailing lists upon request.

e) to provide an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter you send.

f) to not reveal or distribute the customer's details to any third party.

g) that we may remove you from participating in this service at our discretion, and for any reason.

h) to not hold SolutionBox™ liable for any results or lack of results or claims made against you arising from your participation in the FreeGoalsReport.com service.

i) you consent to our Privacy Policy as outlined below.

j) SolutionBox™ may modify this agreement from time to time by updating this web page, and you agree check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of this service indicates your agreement with any such modifications.

SolutionBox Privacy Policy

As the owner of FreeGoalsReport.com, SolutionBox™ maintains the following privacy policy:

a) We will not pass your details to your referring coach without your consent as described above.

b) We will never sell or rent your contact details to any other third party, for any reason.

c) We may contact you from time to time to request your feedback or opinion on the FreeGoalsReport.com service, to let you know about any material changes to the service. If you are registered as a coach hosting a quiz, we may contact you from time to time about offers we believe you may be interested in. All contacts will be respectful and appropriate.

d) We will provide Remove Links or Removal Instructions on all our broadcast mailings to you. The exception to this is the initial mailing of your Free Goals Report, the reminder email option for 30 and/or 60 days (if chosen), and any personal emails to you (e.g. regarding a customer support request).
